Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.

If you cancel your holiday with us 7 days or more before agreed arrival date there will be no charge, but if cancelled within 7 days of arrival date we will charge 30% of the total reservation amount. If you cancel on the day you are due to arrive, you will be charged the full amount.

If you decide to shorten your stay while you are here you will also be charged the full amount unless we can re-sell the cancelled rooms.

Should you fail to turn up without complying with the cancellation terms the person who made the booking will be held responsible and charged the full amount.

Sorry, we do not accept cheques for final payment of account, neither do we accept American Express or Diners’ Card
